Log in to the Aura app. Navigate to the setting section. Tap the Z-Wave section under system settings. Select the Location location where you will be removing your node. Select the controller where the Z-Wave node is already there. Tap on remove node. Select the node to be removed and tap the remove node button. Follow the instruction to unpair Z-Wave node from the controller. Case 1 : For Switch/Double switch/Dimmer – Press the button on Z-wave device twice until its removed. Case 2 : For Touch Panels – Long press on any one endpoint on the touch panel until it blinks and then tap once. Reference video

Open Aura smart application. Click on settings > Add endpoint. Click on Z-wave and select the device. Click on add node. Case 1 : For Switch/Double switch/Dimmer – Press the button on Z-wave device twice to add the node. Case 2 : For Touch Panels – Long press on any one endpoint on the touch panel until it blinks and then tap once. Once the Z-wave node added successfully add the required details and save. Reference :

Login to the Aura app. Navigate to the Scenes section using the tab below. tap the plus icon on the top right corner. Under the Scene type section, select the type of scene. Select location under the location name. Choose the floor under the Floor section. Under Room, select the name of the Room where you want to execute the scene. Choose the name of the scene under the scene name. Click on next to proceed with adding a device for the scene.  Choose the device in the list of available Devices. Choose the device in the list of available Devices.  Proceed with the customization for the selected device.  Click on add button to add the device to the scene.  Repeat the same process to add more devices to the scene.  Tap on save so that the scene gets added succesfully.  Tap on sync icon on the top right section to sync.back to the home page. Tap on sync icon on the top right section to sync.  Now you can see the added local scene in the home tab.  You can just tap the scene name to execute the scene. Open the Aura app. Navigate to the Scenes section using the tab below. Click on the plus icon on the top right corner. Tap on select to choose the type of scene. Click on location name and choose the location. Select the name of the scene under the scene name. Click on next button to proceed. Tap on the scene name. Choose the floor number under floor section. Select the name of the Room to add the device for the room. Choose the device in the list of available Devices. Proceed with the customization for the selected device. Tap on add to proceed. Repeat the same process to add more devices to the scene. You can proceed adding different devices for the different floor and and room while creating a global scene. Once you complete adding devices click on save to proceed further. Once the scene gets added succesfully, navigate back to the home page Tap on sync icon on the top right section to sync. Now you can see the added global scene in the home tab. Now you are ready with the created scene. You can just tap the scene name to execute the scene. Reference :

Login to the Aura app. Navigate to the setting section using the tab below. Tap the add endpoint section on top. Under the add device section, select Setup Sip Click on Register user to register the user. Under SIP Registration, enter the User Name, and Password provided by us. Enter the cloud IP for SIP. Tap on Register to register the user.

Login to the Aura app. Navigate to the setting section using the tab below. Tap the add endpoint section on top. Under the add device section, select Setup Sip. Enter the User Name and Password of the user which you want to Delete. Enter cloud IP. Tap on Delete option to Delete the user.

Login to the Aura App. Navigate to the Setting Section using the tabs below. Tap the endpoint section on the top. Under the add device section, select KNX. Under Device name, select the Aura Device that you will be adding KNX nodes to. Select controller, under the device type. Enter the IP of KNX IP interface. Proceed to add necessary information about your KNX nodes, such as its type, name, floor number, room name and the group address. Tap on continue below, to confirm. You are now succesfully added KNX node to your Aura app. Reference :

Once you completed your initial controller setup, navigate to the Setting Section, using the tabs below. Tap on connect to Cloud. Tap on Signup on the Welcome page. On the Signup page, fill out your details and setup your login credentials. Agree to the terms of use and tap on signup to confirm. Enter the one time password, you received via your provided email. Tap verify to complete account verification and proceed. You have now succesfully setup Aura account using Aura app. Reference:

Login to the Aura App. Navigate to the Setting Section on the below. Tap on Set Up Device. Skip here to proceed adding the Controller. Make sure that, you are connected to the same network, that the Aura controller is connected. Tap on the Controller to add the Controller to Aura. Now you have succesfully added controller, to the Aura App.

Login to the Aura App. Navigate to the Setting Section using the tabs below. Tap the Endpoint Section on Top. Under the Add Device section, select Dynalite from the options on screen. Under Device Name, select the Aura Controller that you will be adding your Dynalite Devices to. Add the IP address of the IP to Dynalite Interface. Proceed to add necessary details about your Dynalite Device, such as Its Type, Name, Floor Number, Room Name and the Channel Number. Tap on Continue below, to Confirm. You have now succesfully added a Dynalite Device, using the Aura App.

Try to change the router and try. Check if you are connected to the correct network or not. Make KNX IP interface as Static IP ( mac binding ). Check if the KNX IP interface is Online / Active or not.

Check whether you are connected to the proper network or not. Check whether the KNX IP interface is added or not. Restart the Aura controller and KNX IP interface at a time. Check the aura controller and the KNX IP interface is connected to the same network or not.

Resolution: Check if the app is synced properly or not. Check you are connected to the correct network or not. Uninstall the old App and Install the latest app. Remove some devices, add the device again and see if the Device will show-up in the App. Restart the Aura Controller and the Device.
